Project Description

The purpose of this project was to carry out the infrastructural works within the campus of University of Dammam located in the Eastern Province of the Kingdom of Saudi. Within this context an underpass bridge and some other supporting activities have been performed. Total length of underpass was 953 meters, in which reinforced concrete roof slab covered length of underpass was 58 meters, semi covered length (architectural precast beams) was 146 meters, remaining open length was 749 meters. Width and the clear height of the underpass was 30.40 meters and 5.70 meters respectively. Project had almost 90,000 meter of piling and more than 100,000 cum concrete works.

Project Description

The project belongs to Royal Commission Jubail & Yanbu and located in Ras Al Khair, Eastern Province of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The scope includes construction of a sea water pumping station to provide cooling water for various industries in Ras Good Industrial Area with a capacity of 75.000 m3/h for the first phase. The project consists of construction of Seawater Cooling Pump Station, Hypochlorite Generation Building, Staff/Control Building, Switchgear Building, Guard House, SEC Building, Workshop Building and 115 kV Power Supply.

Project Description

The purpose of the project was to receive the potable water through Line-C, chlorinate this water and transmit to Riyadh-Qassim Water Transmission Line. Scope of Yuksel was design and construction of all civil works such as buildings, pipe laying and electromechanical erection activities (i.e., pressure relief systems, valves, instrumentation, pumps, telecommunication and telecontrol equipment, etc.). Yuksel performed design supply and all kind of civil works for the construction of Electrical Building, Scraper Building, Chlorination Building, CO2 Tank Shed, Relief Basin and Pressure Relief System.

Project Description

The project was designed as a turnkey construction of seawater reverse osmosis plant with a capacity of 20 million gallons (approximately 91,000 m³) per day. Yuksel’s scope of work consists of all civil works, buildings, supply and erection of steel structures, design and construction of outdoor facilities along with complete erection of electro-mechanical process equipment, piping and instrumentation.

Project Description

The Yanbu Power Plant Phase 2 project was undertaken to build and commission a power plant of 2 x 80 MW in Yanbu, Desalination Plants Phase 1. Yuksel’s scope of work consisted of building concrete buildings (14,500 m²) and steel buildings (2,000 m²), concrete duct bank (5,000 m), tank foundations, reinforced concrete chimney (13 m diameter and 93 m height), offices, roads, sewerage and potable water systems, lighting, landscaping and fencing. Moreover, Yuksel constructed 11 bachelor villas, 7 family villas and 1 restaurant for SWCC employees.
