The scope of the project was the construction of new facilities and related site works at the existing Munitions Storage Area (MSA) in Prince Sultan Airbase (PSAB) to support F-15 Fleet Modernization Program.

Project had 12 Earth Covered Magazines, Conventional Munitions Shop, Munitions Test Cell, Inert Warehouse, Pump Station, Hazardous Storage, fire protection, telecom network and other infrastructural works like power supply, site lighting, lightning systems, communication, CCTV and security systems.
