Project Description

This project composed of site cleaning, excavation and backfilling works, sanitary sewer system, lift stations, well water system, sweet water network system, raw water network system, effluent water network system, chilled water supply, storm water drainage system, electrical works & communication cable trenches & manholes, MV cables (15kV) feeding main transformer (13.8 kV), low voltage cables (600-1000V), interior & exterior lighting & power outlets, grounding & lightning system. In addition site improvements, road 1,2,3 work, bridge over the east loop road, retaining wall at east loop road, compact substation, outdoor transformer MMC, distribution panels, ATS, diesel generators, SCADA system were also performed within the scope of the project.

Project Description

The purpose of this contract was the construction of infrastructure, pump stations, storm water pump stations, wells, grading & filling, road works, pavement, site development.

Within the scope of the project there was 525,000 m3 backfilling, 180,000 m2 asphalt road, 140,000 m2 concrete walkway, 27,000 m underground piping which most of them were below the water table, 62,000 m MV, LC and outdoor lighting system, utility building, RO building, underground tank for raw water supply, pump stations buildings and wells and sewage treatment plant with a capacity of 1340 m3/day (Phase 1, 2 & 3).

Moreover, medium voltage, low voltage distribution, BMS/CCMS control systems, telephone & data systems, security CCTV, MATV & PA systems, cooling tower, chillers plant, chilled water piping system network, LPG system & piping network, water distribution system network, sanitary system network, drainage system network were performed as part of the project (Phase 4 & 6).

Project Description

The scope of works of this Project was water supply network, sewage system network, storm water network and lifting stations.
15,650 m FRP pipeline having 250 mm to 400 mm diameter and 7,032 m 150 mm UPVC pipeline complete with 225 nos 120 mm dia. FRP manholes up to 7.0 m height were constructed. In addition, two lift stations to pump sewage water to city main line with door control systems, two emergency power generators and MCC panels were also provided.

Collection of rising ground water through (VCP) perforated pipes with diameters ranging from 300 mm to 500 mm and transfer them towards;

  • Al Taween : 1,800 m

The purpose of this project is to lower the shallow water table under the streets in above mentioned districts. The work includes trench excavation and pipe laying and all sorts of manhole constructions plus all the other items belonging to above mentioned system.

Project Description

The project mainly included 22 km road reconstruction works. Within this context King Abdulaziz, Imam Shafi & Khaled Bin Walid roads were reconstructed from building to building with all the infrastructural systems under the roads. In addition, all the hardscaping and landscaping works have also been performed at the corresponding road areas. On the other hand, 11 pairs (22 ea.) of bus rapid transit system stations, 1200 ea. community bus stops and 6 ea. pedestrian bridges with all civil, mechanical and electrical works supplied and installed.
